Lynda Hagerty specializes in business immigration law. She has extensive experience working with corporations to secure temporary and permanent employment for foreign national workers. Additionally, Ms. Hagerty works with individuals who require immigration status for family members. Prior to joining Tocci, Goss & Lee, Ms. Hagerty worked as an Associate Immigration Attorney for over 5 years with a respected Cambridge, Massachusetts immigration law firm. Ms. Hagerty also previously worked as an Immigration Paralegal for 5 years.

Ms. Hagerty is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School (cum laude, 2001) and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (cum laude, 1995). She was admitted to the state bar of Massachusetts in January 2002. She is a member of the New England and New York Chapters of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association.
